hello world!

My name is Rachel Elizabeth Eubanks. I am a sophomore, 15 years old, and I’ve grown up with both my parents and two older sisters. I love my family, my dog, the mountains, and God. I don’t like the beach, when people pop their gum, or submitting to what society expects of me. I don’t like to exercise, but I love to eat (just as any good southern girl should). I love nature, but I’m not athletic (I wish I was, though). I’m a student environmental activist and missionary in the making. I love to write, sing, and travel. My family and my life are beautiful, but my God is beautiful among all things. He keeps me and loves me and I try to follow Him in all I do. I love sunrises (and sunsets), tall grasses, blue mountain peaks, and the cool wind sweeping past my cheek. I’m no normal girl, as you might be able to tell. I hate the sound of my alarm. I love my bed. I love God’s word and His people. I love love love music. I have a new obsession for Pawn Stars (and the History Channel in general). I like British films and TV shows, and I’m newly free from Facebook and all other social networking sites. I have many aspirations, all of which are accumulated in several journals hidden in my messy room. I like clothes and shopping, probably more than I should. I delight in trips to Yogli Mogli for some fro-yo. I secretly love abbrevs (the abbreviation for the word “abbreviation”), but I don’t always like to admit it. I like school, but mostly for the social aspect of it. I have no idea what I’m going to do with my life, but I’m eager to see what happens!
